Well Welcome To College Life...
I just wanted to take a few moments and just give you all an update on how everything is going. The Friday I was supposed to move in was the weekend of Hurricane Irene and about 6 hours after arriving on campus and setting up my room, we were asked if we could go home because well my school is in a flood zone. (I didn't know this when I applied, but all the campus buildings are on top of a hill- its the lower level parking lots that are completely trashed because of the epic flooding that has been hitting the north east coast lately.) So I went home that weekend and just sat around reading books that I didn't take with me, including Chain Reactions (Which I loved!). Classes started again that Wednesday, and then last week we didn't have classes Wednesday Morning or Thursday at all. I've had a ton of work though since I'm in the honors program and have two honors courses. Like literately its been nonstop work and then I occasionally get to go hang out with my friends (or lets say I make time because if I don't I'd be driving myself crazy with work). I'm hoping this week to see if I can get a post in with book reviews that I've been needing to do. And the fact that my work load is so heavy means I haven't been reading so much either which kinda sucks but tonight I'm making time to read I'm tired of work. Anyway there is my update, I hope I'll be posting at some point this week....

Scary Movies and Halloween
So theres one movie that I now live by, but years ago I used to run out of the room crying because it scared me so bad. And no it isn't one of those really creepy movies like Chucky or something else. It was this guy...
Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas used to send me running out of the room when he sung, crying. I was forced in elementary school to watch it in music class and I just didn't understand why a skeleton was singing and kidnapping Santa. I mean shoot me I was in second or first grade. But what turned my mind around had to be in eight grade when my best friend and I just randomly started singing "Kidnap Mr. Santa Claws". I then started to watch a lot of Tim Burton Movies, like Corpse Bride and his newer directed ones Sweeney Todd and Alice in Wonderland . What really turned me around was when we performed Nightmare Before Christmas for our Marching Band field show my sophomore year. This really sparked my obsession. NOW today I own the 10 year anniversary double dvd set of The Nightmare Before Christmas, a well worn Jack Skellington Hoodie, The Nightmare Before Christmas two disc sound track, and The Nightmare Before Christmas Remake sound track CD, plus more...

So thats what scared me when I was little. Oh. And by the way, I hate scary and creepy movies. I mean I scream if sea weed touches me when I go to the ocean, how do you expect for me to see some guy get murdered on the TV or Movie Screen. Really, no?
I'm sure a lot of you have Halloween traditions, mine used to included my mom making me a costume homemade. (I was a pumpkin, winnie the pooh, a telly tubby, a purple princess, cow girl, witch, my favorite a medieval princess and more.) And my siblings and I jumping into the car to go trick-or-treating. But that ended as I got older because I live were you can't really walk to another persons house efficiently, with out wasting an hour. And we never have trick-treaters at my house. So my new tradition now is my friends and i dressing up and marching in the annual Halloween Parade, even though the last two years have gotten rained out and we freeze out butts off.
Yup thats my Halloween.... So What do you do?
Happy Halloween!

Break - I Need to get Homework Done
Hi Everyone,
So to speak frankly, I need to get school work done. I want to blog but I have three weeks to finish Hamlet, Pride and Prejudice and Wuthering Heights. I know the last two are going to take me a while to read because they just will. And LWS is just such a large distraction right now. I really want to blog and read "fun" books, but I need to get these books read if I want to pass my AP English course this year. I have assignments for each book and I've been neglecting them. I was hoping to maybe juggle both LWS and my homework but right now with everything else coming up and Band it's just not happening. So here's the deal I am going to limit my time on this blog. Posts may be infrequent for the next three weeks and if there are any I'm hoping they will be reviews or maybe an affiliate update. I also have designs that I owe people so I will be trying to do them also while on this break. So please don't leave my blog, because I'm absent for the next couple of weeks. Once school starts I should be back to normal. I have quiet a few easy classes and a lot of them have computers so that means blogging at school! Did that last year too. So much fun. ^_~

I'm Back!!!! (Insert Creepy Voice)
The title is just weird, but I'm just happy right now. Like really! I'm back to the blogging world and all of my activities at HOME! The word sounds so great!
I was in Nashville, TN for 5 days for the national conference of FBLA. If you know what that is then you do, if you don't then guess. I was allowed to experience this conference for a second time, and with 8,000 other FBLA advisors and students there it was amazing!
Nashville was cool. I liked it, and it turned out are guest speaker for the conference produces Taylor Swift (the only country singer I can stand now a days), Tim McGraw and Faith Hill (two musicians I was raised listening too). Being raised on country music, I appreciated Nashville. But when we went to the Hard Rock well that made me happy, especially since we were allowed to vote for the next song to play on the radio. :)
But yes I am back! Back to reviewing, writing, playing clarinet, and reading of coarse. Now if I could only get started on my summer reading I would be golden! Oh and having my nook traveling was so great, I didn't have to lug the 5 books that I used to around with me! :) And saved room.

Vacation...
So yes I'm taking a vacation! Though it really won't be a vacation because I'm competing at a National competition for one of my school clubs. But I will be away from home, and laptop. :(
But I will have my nook! Which has WiFi Connection if I can find one, but its a chance the hotel will have it so :). Since I will be in Tennessee, and at a location I've never been to before I don't know what to expect...

If you know were there is guess. :) Because I'm not telling you.
I'm leaving at 6 tomorrow morning for the airport. So au revoir to you my followers and blog for a short time. I'll be back Sunday night, but I probably won't get back to blogging till Monday Night or Tuesday.
I also have a few posts scheduled, so yes I will still be blogging.

More About Me.
What do you think you know about me?
Well find Out More Below...
1. Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed? Closed because, it lets out heat for some odd reason and my room is warm enough during the summery months.2. Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotels? Nope, because I don't like their shampoos or conditioners, and I think that if I bring my own why should I take theirs.
3. Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out? Well I guess I would say tucked in, but at the same time I move around a lot when I sleep so I guess out.
4. Would you rather be attacked by a bear or a swarm of bees? Hard, I would have to say bees because I'm more likely to die from a bear then the bees. And I like my life. Or Wait it could be the other way around, I really don't know.
5. Do you have freckles? Nope.
6. What is your biggest pet peeve? Right now I would have to say people that don't follow the speed limit, If I'm going 5mph over the posted speed limit already shouldn't that be enough for you. I mean its a 50mph zone, isn't that already fast enough? Horses couldn't even do that when they were pulling us around so why should we put are cars through going faster for us. Also blinkers, people that don't use them bug me a lot.
7. Have you ever peed in the woods? No I don't think so, I don't go into the woods very much.
8. Do you ever dance if there’s no music playing? No not really, I tap my fingers thought like I'm invisibly playing my clarinet.
9.Do you chew your pens and pencils? No that is totally gross, especially after you set it down on a desk full of germs. And especially if you let someone borrow it, you don't know what they've touched.
10. Is it okay for guys to wear pink? I think they can, if they choose the right shade. If its like hot pink please don't come near me, but if its like a nice neutral one then your fine.
11. What do you dip a chicken nugget in? Ketchup all the way, I'm a big Ketchup fanatic.
12. What is your favorite food? If this was my mom answering this she would say "Andrea's favorite food is ketchup," I even have shirt that says my favorite vegetable is ketchup. But I love any type of pasta or Italian dish, especially stuffed shells and raviolis, which my mom makes from scratch.
13. What movies could you watch over and over and still love? Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club and 16 Candles. I love the brat pack! And 80s movies all together are really cool to watch.
14. Were you ever a boy/girl scout? I was a girl scout for I think 4 years?? I forget. I quit though once I started playing clarinet in 4th grade and did dance for a year (horrible horrible memories...)
15. Would you ever strip or pose nude in a magazine? Why Why would you ask this question. NO. NO. NO. NO!
16. Can you change the oil on a car? Nope.
17. Ever gotten a speeding ticket? Not yet. But I wished the people that sped past me while I was going the speed limit did.
18. Ever ran out of gas? Not yet....
19. Are you lazy? Right now yes, but usually not.
20. When you were a kid, what did you dress up as for Halloween? Okay ummm, when I was really little a pumpkin, a telly tubby (don't get me started with this my mom made my costumes), a cow girl, a witch, a Renaissance princess, a fairy tale princess and I think thats all. I still fit in the Renaissance Princess, the witch and the cow girl outfits, so if I do need to go out for Halloween again in the near future, I will just wear them.
21. How many languages can you speak? Like 1.5, I can speak English because I'm American. And I can somewhat speak French but I've only taken 3 years of it, and I can write French better than I speak it.
22. Who is better…Leno or Letterman Neither, I don't stay up to watch late night shows. Now if you asked me who was a better crime fighting person I would say Booth and Bones (Bones), vs. Gibs and Abby (NCIS). :)
23. Do you sing in the car? Yes of coarse, I start rocking out to some tunes all the time. But I just sing no head bobbing or anything, thats distracting :).
24. Ever eat a pierogi? What is that? I'm going to go look it up. I might have before I can't remember. But I don't like mushrooms or sauerkraut and thats whats in it. So probably not.
25. First concert? I have no first concerts. I've never been to one. I perform them though! And my first performance was in 2nd grade and I sung. Which I can't do today at all.
Okay so all of you are wondering who this wonderful blogger girl is well here I am, I edited the picture a lot, but you can still see who I am :) : (You have to click on the post title or click see more to see me.... Sorry I'm making you work for it. :P)

Mes Etageres
Alright so to go along with my poll on How do you organize books? results, I figured I should show you my bookshelves and books.
First off I'm going to start with a picture of my bookshelf. (Above.)
Here I store all of my paperback tbr books on the top shelf, my manga on the first and second shelf, and my other teenage, series books types and favorites on the last two shelves. Here's a better picture (I edited the shelves for a better picture):
(You Can't really see what I wrote.)
Next is my crate or bin full of Hardback TBR Books, it sits right next to my bed, and my family members alway stub their toes on it.
I also have two storage bins under my bed that hold some books I read in middle school that I never read or have read and I don't want on my shelfs anymore.
I also have a stack of books next to my TV, it's were I keep my Sarah Dessen, Stephenie Meyer & Eva Ibboston books. But also my classics, which got placed there because I didn't have anywhere else to put them.
Next on the tour of my book filled room is my Harry Potter Books & My Desk. I keep my Harry Potter books on my desk because the series is what got me started reading in 4th grade. Their the reason for my reading obsession and something of a treasure for me. Also there is my favorite stuff animal Pal, if you read one of my awards posts I mention him, he helped me through some surgeries when I was little so I keep him there too. My desk is really weird, because it has a big whole in the middle (see were the two pieces come together under the calender? thats it). It was my grandmothers for her Singer sewing machine, my uncle made it for her when he was a teenager. She didn't need it anymore so she gave it to me! :) And I love it because I used to use a folding table as a desk.
My Vampire Book Stacks! Yes I have two stacks they sit on my bureau because I had no other place to put them. The Night World Series and the House of Night Series I still haven't gotten around to reading. I tried the HON series but I couldn't get past the 2 book so I'm going to try again reading them sooner or later.
Last but not least is my 3 Bin Stack. It holds my Romantic Comedies Series books in the two bottom bins, and any other historical fiction books that I have. Plus my autographed books on top.
So What do your shelves look like?
Link them because I want to see them!
I found this picture cute...
Lovely Weekend....
So this weekend in summary was productive but not productive. I need to study for the SAT's and didn't get a chance to yet, I'm going to do it after I finish this post but what I'm planning on doing this week is studying instead of blogging. And like the many that are taking short breaks to study for APs I will be refreshing my memory and testing my knowledge this coming Saturday. So for the rest of the week, I will be reading books (something they tell you to do in the review book), doing homework, and using this book below to review for the massive test.

This will be my second time testing so I'm hoping for a better score than the first, even though the first wasn't bad. So for everyone I will be on a small break from blogging this week, I might get a post or two together at school like I usually do but other than that I will not be doing nothing fun except for using these pencils up till Saturday at 1:00pm.

So wish me luck! Please!
This post conventionality also works as the Personal Post for the BIP:Week 4 & 5 Challenge, see it HERE.

Debating In My Head
So recently after successfully redesigning my friends blog, an idea has started to really stir in my head, and I'm not sure about it, so I want your opinion.

I want to open my own blog design business... I'm not sure why, I've always been interested in Web Design and this would be a big step in that way. And the fact I need a job and I can't find one I would want to actually do! I think this would be it!
I want to ask you a few questions:
Do you think I should do it?
What would you want to pay? (Like a Range)
Would any of you (my followers) be interested in it?
What would you want, the most? (Basically I know blogging stuff but is there more?)
What should be the name of the blog design business? (I was thinking Musical Blog Designs.)
Please! Comment! I'm really debating this. Like this might make or break something for me, and I actually should talk to my mom about it too.... (that would make sense)...............

Why I was Away....
Okay so this week was very hectic. First off my grandfather went into the hospital then came out, and the same day my great uncle died. Then, it was an important part in a girls life when she gets to have the freedom to drive by herself put into her hand. And then My Research Paper Rough draft was due. And I also had my Concert and All-Day Rehearsal. This week wasn't as bad as the beginning of the March. But I still had no time to blog for some reason, unlike the beginning of March where I was posting a lot. Oh, add on remaking a blog and getting a hair cut yesterday. Means me being busy as a runner preparing for the 200 hurdle.
But on to what took me all day yesterday to do. I remade my friend Almas' or Aly's blog, called Fantasy 4 Eva. I worked on it on Thursday and all yesterday (Friday), plus alittle this morning to get a result, the my friend Aly loves. So please check it out. She's trying to be a good blogger and connect with people, and she's been around as long as me and LWS have existed. So please go check out Fantasy 4 Eva!

Other than that, I'm going to try and do a couple things today to make up the lack of posting I've done this week. And I'm also going to do a March in review. So look out for them later today, since my laptop is dying right now and I need to go get my charger. Sorry in advance for a profuse amount of blogging.

Such, Such and Such....
Okay, so I'm sorry that I don't have time to write up my usual Tuesday review today. I just got finished a massive Graphic Arts project thats due tomorrow, and after an all day practice of playing clarinet, I'm really exhausted. I still have more stuff to do, and I need to start on a couple of favor projects for some other bloggers. I promise the review on Love on Cue will be up by Saturday night. Actually anyone object to me moving my review day to Saturday?????
Oh here's my project if you want to see it, I'm going to post another one I made last week:
