Something About the Band:
Lonely Road debuted at number 14 on the top billboard charts in October 2009.  The CD was produced by Howard Benson, also the producer of My Chemical Romance, Daughtry, All-American Rejects and Seether.

Lyrics:

This whole routine is getting old

So am I, and so are you

My reputation lets me know

I can do whatever I want to
Though it seems that you believe
You can do whatever it is you please
Not before, Not before you wind up on your knees
Don't cry to me no more

You like the way that people stare at you
Now you look so fake,
just thought that you should know
And you're all the same,
and when the curtain drops down
You'll be replaced by something typical

You set yourself up to the sold
and that's ok cause that's your role
Manipulation takes its toll
What will you do when nobody wants you
Though it seems that you believe
You can do whatever it is you please
Not before, Not before you wind up on your knees
Don't cry to me no more

You like the way that people stare at you
Now you look so fake,
just thought that you should know
And you're all the same,
and when the curtain drops down
You'll be replaced by something typical

I know, I've stood so long beside you
And I know, I should've left you right where I had found you
I know, I've stood so long beside you
And I know, I should've left you right where I had found you

You like the way that people stare at you
Now you look so fake,
just thought that you should know
And you're all the same,
and when the curtain drops down
You'll be replaced by something typical

You like the way that people stare at you
Now you look so fake,
just thought that you should know
And you're all the same,
and when the curtain drops down
You'll be replaced by something typical

Why I Like the Song:
Okay I have no clue why I like this song. Its probably the beat I guess or the meaning like usual. But I've liked the band ever since I first heard Face Down when it came out and I love the newer CD, especially one of the other songs Godspeed, which takes place in the middle of a battle field.

Music Video:
So it won't let me embed the official video but here's a link to it on youtube.com.

This is an awesome song. I haven't listened to a lot of their latest CD, but I have their old one. I have heard this one though! :)
